Our Refundable Policy (Effective Date: 15 January 2025)

However, due to the perishable nature and specific quality control standards of our products, we have established a non-refundable policy as outlined below:

1. General Policy:

All sales of products from Finest Kisan Udyog Pvt Ltd are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is not eligible for a refund except under certain conditions specified herein.

2. Exception Conditions:

Refunds may be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • - If the product delivered is damaged during transit and photographic evidence is provided within 24 hours of receipt.
  • - If the product received is different from the product ordered, and a claim is made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • - If the product is determined to be defective under our warranty terms and conditions.

3. Claims Process:

  • - Any request for consideration of a refund must be submitted through our customer service number or mail id within the time frame specified.
  • - Claims must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photographic evidence (if applicable).

4. Resolution:

Upon receipt of a valid claim, Finest Kisan Udyog Pvt Ltd will assess the situation and work towards a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

5. Non-Eligibility:

  • - Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered under this policy.
  • - Any dissatisfaction due to reasons other than those specified above (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/favor ordered, etc.) does not qualify for a refund.

6. Amendments:

Finest Kisan Udyog Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
